We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your golf equipment arrives safely.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
• Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your golf equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
   • Your order number
   • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
   • The reason for return/exchange
   • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our UK warehouse at:

   Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

• Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
• Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Amount: You will receive a refund for the product price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

• We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
• If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
• If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.
• Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments unless the original return was due to our error.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

• Please clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
